Broadway Open Stage Studio - Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services and participation in classes at Broadway Open Stage Studio. By enrolling or participating in any of our programs, you agree to these terms.
2. Enrollment and Fees
All fees are due at the beginning of the enrollment period.
Fees are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances as determined by the studio.
Late payment may result in suspension from classes until dues are settled.
3. Class Conduct
Students are expected to arrive on time and dressed appropriately for their class.
Respect for instructors and fellow students is mandatory.
Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the class.
4. Cancellations and Absences
If a student cannot attend a class, the studio should be notified as soon as possible.
No refunds will be given for missed classes, but makeup classes might be offered at the studio's discretion.
5. Intellectual Property
All choreography, music arrangements, and teaching methods remain the intellectual property of Broadway Open Stage Studio.
Unauthorized reproduction or sharing of studio materials is prohibited.
6. Liability
While every effort is made to ensure the safety of students, dance and performance activities carry inherent risks. Broadway Open Stage Studio is not liable for any injuries sustained during classes or studio-related events.
Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring their child's safety before and after classes.
7. Media Release
Broadway Open Stage Studio may take photographs or videos during classes or performances for promotional purposes. By enrolling, you grant permission for the use of these images unless otherwise stated in writing.
8. Changes to Terms
Broadway Open Stage Studio reserves the right to update these terms and conditions as necessary. Any changes will be communicated to all enrolled parties.
