Welcome to the BOSS family! At BOSS, we are SO MUCH MORE THAN SKILLS and we're so thrilled to have your family as part of our community! Over the next few weeks, you'll receive some onboarding emails from us, but consider this your one stop shop for all things for new families to access when you need!
FUN STUFF!
WHAT TO WEAR
At BOSS, we believe in promoting discipline and consistency through the arts. Our mandatory dress code is an extension of this philosophy. Dress code will be strictly enforced 2-3 weeks after a student enrolls.
In order to comply with class dress code requirements, all female tumbling students in need of a BOSS leotard will be charged a $35.00 fee at registration. Students will be fitted in class for leotards
and should wear tumbling leotards or similar until their order is received.

SHOWCASE!
BOSS will hold (2) Showcases in the spring to accommodate all students and families.
TENTATIVE Final Rehearsal and Showcase will be held on EITHER
SATURDAY, MAY 8, 2027 OR SATURDAY, MAY 16, 2027
Please note:
- Finalized dates for rehearsals and shows published as soon as they are available.
- All MUSICAL THEATRE, DANCE, AND TUMBLE students perform in showcase. (Ninja students will have separate demonstrations)
There will be TWO SHOWCASES:
- SHOWCASE 1: Leveled Classes ONLY: Level II, III, IV, V and Tumble-Acro Students, and select Musical Theatre Students
SHOWCASE 2: Full Studio Showcase: Includes all above classes and Little Stars and SHINE Dance, all Musical Theatre, and Tumble-Acro
THE BASICS
REGISTRATION/TUITION
Registration requires paying for the 1 month and registration fee ($40/student capped at 2 per family).
Tuition fees are paid annually or by monthly installments annually 1st
For your convenience and to reserve a space in the following season, annual registration membership fees will be renewed on June 1 of the following year unless an opt out form has been completed.
Save 10% by paying in full at registration. Also, 10% off total tuition for public service employees. This includes family guardians working for the government, including firehouses, police departments, school boards, or members of the military. May be used with other discounts.
The season begins August 17. May 1 will be the last tuition installment of the season.
After registering, monthly tuition and charges are paid by automatic EFT, debit, or credit card payment ONLY on the 1st day of each remaining month. There is a 3.1% convenience fee added to all payments unless paying in full.
If we are unable to process payments, a $10 fee will be charged for the 1st month and $15 to the 2nd or more months.

ABSENCES/MAKEUPS
As the nature of group classes/camps require both individual practice and collaboration, regular class attendance is vital for student and group success. Families should make every effort to have students attend each class.
Planned absences should be communicated to the studio prior to class whenever possible. Any missed classes can be made up by attending a similar class through March 15 during the studio season.
Students who miss more than 2 classes in the 8 classes preceding Showcase may be deemed ineligible to participate in at the studio’s discretion. If a teacher’s schedule permits, students may make up missed classes by booking a private lesson with their instructor. Showcase and costume fees are non-refundable.
COMMUNICATION
BOSS keeps families informed with monthly notifications via email, Facebook, and our website, our studio registration/policies form, a showcase handbook prior to showcase, parent/teacher conferences upon request, and our front desk staff to answer questions.

SPOT TV
BOSS is proud to announce our partnership with Spot TV! Spot TV is a LIVE STREAMING SERVICE that gives you a closer look into your child's classes and lessons from afar! This new feature will allow you to watch your child progress in classes in the most safe and secure way.
HOW DO I GET STARTED
Step 1) Download our FREE Mobile App. Search the app store for Spot TV FAMILY.
Step 2) On the apps home screen, select the button "New Here? Sign up!" to complete your registration.
Step 3) Your center's management team will activate your account once your information and your child's viewing schedule have been verified.
Step 4) Enjoy the show!
OTHER FAQ's
When will I be able to watch my child?
Once BOSS has activated your account, you will be able to view your child on the days and times they are in the studio for classes. Students with outstanding balances on their BOSS account will not have access to their Spot TV account, until they are paid in full.
Will all parents have studio-wide access to all classes?
No. We have created groups for individual classes. Parents, guardians, and families with approved accounts will be able remotely view only the rooms their student/s have classes in during their individual class times.
How secure is Spot TV?
Spot TV delivers a comprehensive, high-performance online viewing solution with an acute focus on keeping customer data safe, secure, and protected. In addition, Spot TV security protocol meets that of online banking standards.
Can I screenshot or record my students in classes?
No. While BOSS has a student video/photography release, individual parents and families do not. Video streaming agreements are protected under US intellectual property rights. All users agree any screenshot, recording, duplication, or distribution of this copyrighted work is illegal.
In the event a screenshot or screen recording is attempted, the account will be automatically logged out of and a hold placed on the Spot TV account on the 1st and 2nd attempts. An email with account recovery procedures will be sent after the hold is placed. After the 3rd attempt, Spot TV will contact BOSS to determine whether or not to terminate the account.

ADD/DROP/WITHDRAWL
Once enrolled, enrollment is presumed and will automatically roll over for the next season for a simple, hassle-free enrollment experience.
A student may add or drop classes, or withdraw from the studio at any time. Written notice via our online Class Change Form must be provided to BOSS 14 days prior to the next month to avoid future tuition charges. There are no partial refunds for year/semester payments, costumes, or showcase fees.
